Terms and Conditions

Clean Green owners believe in the Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated.

They know unexpected events will happen for you and the teams. They know that sometimes you'll just have a day when nothing goes as planned. As you read below, keep in mind that Clean Green is flexible, forgiving, and accommodating. The teams will always do their best to help out when you need it most!

There is no term to this agreement. You may cancel service at any time for any reason. Clean Green may cancel service at any time for any reason. Clean Green (CG) reserves the right to reevaluate rates and services at any time. Sometimes the services and your needs evolve. Maybe doing less, maybe more… Your needs and expectations are unique and subject to change.

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Based on CG’s discretion, if they do not receive a 48-business hour notice you may be charged the full rate. (Again, stuff happens, CG won’t worry about it once in a while, this is just to appease legal council).

If you lock out the team, and they can’t get in to no fault of their own, there is a $30 lock out fee.

Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check or money order.

A finance charge of 13% will be added to all unpaid balances over 30 days.

There is a $25 fee for any returned checks. For any accounts referred to collections, there is a $100 fee, plus attorney’s fees, plus the balance.

If the team is specifically asked to dust inside a hutch or china cabinet, dust any computer equipment or wash dishes, customer agrees that CG is not responsible for any damage that may occur. While they make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted, but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request that all irreplaceable items (whether monetary or sentimental) be stored and or not cleaned by the staff. CG must be notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered.

CG is not responsible for damage due to faulty and or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.

Safety is paramount for Clean Green employees. They ask that all reasonable measures be taken to avoid any physical or emotional risk to the teams.

Clean Green reserves the right to change any term, condition or policy at any time.
