At CLEAN GREEN SPOKANE Housekeeping we believe in the Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated. We know that unexpected events will happen to both our customers and us. What's more, we know that sometimes we just have a day when nothing goes as planned. As you read below, keep in mind that CLEAN GREEN SPOKANE Housekeeping is flexible, forgiving, accommodating and will always do our best to help out when you need it most!

There is no term to this agreement. Customer may cancel service at any time for any reason. CLEAN GREEN SPOKANE Housekeeping may cancel service at any time for any reason.
CLEAN GREEN SPOKANE Housekeeping reserves the right to reevaluate rates and services at any time. Sometimes our services and your needs evolve. Maybe we are doing less maybe more? Your needs and expectations are unique and subject to change, we want to make sure we are lock step with you.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Based upon management's discretion, if we do not receive 48 business hour notice you may be charge up to the full amount of agreed cleaning service cost. (Again, we know stuff happens� we are not going to worry about it once in a while, this is to appease our legal council).
There is a $30 late cancellation/lock out fee. If we arrive at your home and can not gain entry due to no fault of our own or you do not give us the required 48 hour notice to reschedule this fee may apply.
Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check or money order.
There is a $12 fee if you forget to leave payment. At management's discretion, we will complete the cleaning and leave an invoice noting the added fee. A finance charge of 13% will be added to all unpaid balances over 30 days.
There is a $25 fee for any returned checks. There is a $100 fee, plus attorney's fees, in addition to the balance due for any account we must refer to collections.
You are liable for employment fees of $2500 per person if you employ one of our staff. Any collection or attorney's fees will be applied to your balance if we must collect on this clause. You agree to pay this fee even if you inform us of this or we find out independently.
If we are specifically asked to dust inside of a hutch or china cabinet, dust any computer equipment or wash dishes, customer agrees to not hold CLEAN GREEN SPOKANE Housekeeping responsible for any damage to article or component.
While we make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted, but not guarnteed. For this specific reason, we request that all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valued) be stored and or not cleaned by our staff. CLEAN GREEN SPOKANE Housekeeping must be notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered.
CLEAN GREEN SPOKANE Housekeeping is not responsible for damage due to faulty and or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (marble, granite etc) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
Safety for CLEAN GREEN SPOKANE Housekeeping employees is a paramount concern. We ask that all reasonable measures be taken to avoid putting our staff at any physical or emotional risk.
